Job Description


The Capital Formation Analyst will be responsible for working with other Capital Formation team members to support all aspects of fundraising, due diligence, business development, marketing, product development, and investor relations. This role provides a prospective candidate the opportunity to learn about the Private Equity Real Estate industry and the potential to gain exposure collaborating across department teams within Lionstone.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior members of the Capital Formation team across all capital raising initiatives with both current and prospective limited partners.
  • Support and coordinate active fundraising initiatives including due diligence requests, request for proposals, and other ad hoc requests to ensure exceptional and timely delivery.
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related strategic initiatives and act as liaison between CRM vendor and Lionstone. Update and maintain firm\xe2\x80\x99s internal CRM system which includes logging investor calls, meetings, and relevant updates, and ensuring that all updates and follow-ups are properly tracked.
  • Maintain due diligence library and marketing collateral archive to capture historical touch points and to provide up-to-date material distribution as well as proper support documentation.
  • Grow institutional knowledge through attendance at annual investor meetings and global industry conferences.
  • Support Marketing Manager in digital marketing efforts across social media and web-based platforms.
  • Maintain marketing materials and fundraising documents and record keeping of support documentation for marketing materials and RFP responses.
  • Manage projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time and in accordance with standards and guidelines.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent.
  • 1\xe2\x80\x934 years of investment/financial services experience, and/or education.
  • Experience in successfully supporting large and complex projects, which require process adherence, in a professional or educational environment.
  • Experienced in using social media/web-based marketing platforms in a business setting.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, notably high level of experience in Microsoft Suite, especially in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

  • Strong organizational agility \xe2\x80\x94 a proven aptitude to work internally with different levels of management, personalities, and ambiguity to generate positive and timely results.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to improve existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Series 7 license
  • Ability to follow business processes and desire to improve them.
  • CRM software and/or API experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Integrity and hard work ethic.
  • Demonstrably strong intuition, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to function efficiently and problem-solve in a time-critical environment.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with both in office and remotely based team members.
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic team where all members support one another and contribute to success.
