EDGE Corps is a 1-2 year program designed for recent college graduates, standing for Evangelize, Develop, Growth, and Experience. During this journey, individuals step into an exciting season of faith as they serve on Navigator staff teams to impact campuses for Christ and make disciples. EDGErs are stretched and equipped as they invest in the lives of college students--building meaningful relationships, sharing the gospel, and faithfully serving their leaders, teammates, and peers.?

The Mid America region of the Navigators is looking for Campus Staff to join our growing ministry. The ideal candidate is between the ages of 22-26, a self-starter with strong relational skills and a passion for connecting with others. We are especially seeking individuals who can build meaningful relationships.
