Position Overview:

As a Campaign Manager at GAINS, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and analyzing lead generation campaigns and content to support our company\'s overall go-to-market strategy. You\'ll have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team and leverage your skills and creativity in marketing automation, data analytics, and demand generation to drive revenue for a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day campaign activities, including audience development, content collaboration with internal experts and customers, and the execution of targeted programs across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Create, execute, and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, intent-based marketing campaigns, and personalized outreach using marketing automation platforms.
  • Produce high-quality digital events, such as webinars and LinkedIn Live, to extend our industry thought leadership and increase demand for GAINS solutions.
  • Support our social media strategy and tactics, using social listening and reputation management tools to gain valuable insights.
  • Identify and coordinate the development of compelling multimedia content from long-form copy to podcasts and videos, to be published across various digital platforms.
  • Define and report on key performance metrics for campaigns, leads and sales opportunities, and communications in the marketing automation platform.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a predictable, seamless delivery of high-quality leads and embrace feedback.
  • Manage partnerships with external vendors.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in campaign management.
  • Expertise in leveraging Salesforce/Pardot.
  • Experience in leading ABM programs.
  • Understanding of intent/listening data.
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM.
  • Experience working with external firms.
  • Strong attention to process and detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion and drive to test, measure, analyze, adjust, and optimize campaigns and content.
  • An interest in keeping abreast of emerging technologies and creative strategies in the digital marketing space.
  • A deep commitment to GAINS\' mission and core values.
  • A team-oriented approach.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

This Role Requires:
  • Exceptional analytical and technical skills to monitor and report on key performance metrics across various platforms, as well as the ability to develop and execute successful digital strategies informed by analytics.
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills, including the ability to proactively anticipate needs, develop plans, create timelines, meet deadlines, and manage multiple marketing program initiatives seamlessly.
  • A team player with a customer-centric approach to work and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and roles.
