2. Pay is 17.00 hourly no negotiation.

3. Full Time Position, no part time is available right now.

4. M-F,Hours are based on CST time zone- Will discuss more at interview. (No nights, weekends or major holidays)

5. Education: Minimum of HS Diploma.

6. Your resume could include your school experience- IE: Activities, Clubs, Sports, Academics.

Patient Engagement Center:

EyeCare Partners Patient Engagement Center is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to join our growing contact center team. An ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong communication and computer skills who can create a positive first impression by showing patients that we provide unsurpassed care right from the start.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming patient phone calls for all sites promptly and in an exceptional quality manner.
• Appropriately schedule patient appointments in our E360 Proprietary System based on physician preferences.
• Clearly and concisely document patient request and pertinent information via EMR so that we can successfully respond to patient needs.
• Through appropriate call control, ensure that calls are handled efficiently to attain daily call production goals.
• Coordinates work efforts with other team members to achieve an efficient workflow within the office.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all site protocols and physician schedules/changes to ensure appropriate information is provided to patients.
• Perform other office duties as assigned by manager.

Skills & Experience

• Be helpful, courteous and display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a well-organized team-player with great attention to detail.
• Motivated and dependable with a patient friendly personality.
• Demonstrates superior computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple web-based programs.
• Must be available for our paid on-the-job training for 6 weeks after scheduled start date with no time off, no late arrivals, & no leaving early.
• Must be able to sit all day at a desk with minimal time away from your computer.
