This position is for a 9:30am - 6:00pm shift in our Nashville office.About Luna and the role: Luna is the leader in on-demand physical therapy. This means we deliver outpatient physical therapy to patients at the location of their choosing, mostly the home but can be the workplace, gym, etc. We are about facilitating the ability to receive exceptional care anywhere and everywhere - no longer constrained to the traditional four walls of a clinic. Luna is the leader in on-demand physical therapy. This means we deliver outpatient physical therapy to patients at the location of their choosing, mostly the home but can be the workplace, gym, etc. We do this via in-person delivery and in-app exercises. The Concierge Associate / Call Center representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls from both new and recurring patients and scheduling them with available physical therapists in Luna\xe2\x80\x99s network. Our ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while exhibiting exceptional communication skills and professionalism in order to ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction. What you will do:
Manage the registering, scheduling and rescheduling for all new and existing patients
Record Management \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure the proper information is obtained and communicated with the patient (i.e. identification, patient history, insurance information, missed appointment policy, therapist arrival instructions, intake form, etc.)
Receive, screen and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers
Place outbound calls and emails to patient leads
You will be a good fit if you have:
Office Admin experience, 1 year required
Demonstrates a high level of customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Call/Contact center or other high call volume experience, preferred
Proficient with Google Suite
Highly detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
