Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential clients who have requested help from the firm within a call center setting by receiving and placing calls
  • Analyze data (excel)
  • Review documents sent by clients and potential clients
  • Identify potential claims
  • Contact existing clients to address questions
  • Educate the public of their rights
  • Provide a high level of service to our callers to ensure they understand the process, and to create referrals
  • Apply a professional attitude and image for all internal and external customers
  • Perform other functions as assigned by management
Qualifications:
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
  • Enjoys helping the public within a call center setting
  • Capable of working remotely (if needed)
  • Computer savvy (typing, word processing, data entry, internet search, spreadsheets)
  • Goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Sales or call center experience preferred
  • Proven experience succeeding in a metrics-driven environment
  • Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Show an unyielding commitment to a team and department through an excellent attendance record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Possess intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits:
