Follow communication "scripts" and protocols when handling different topics Manage inbound calls in a timely manner Identify, location, apartment number, telephone number and details of issue from caller Build relationships an engage customers by taking time to complete the task Detailed oriented and keep records of conversations in our call center database Previous experience in a customer support role helpful but not required Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with work order and repair practices in an apartment setting helpful but not required Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits:
