Catapult Fundraising is looking for talented, energetic, hardworking individuals just like you to join our team of Fundraising Specialists. When you join Catapult\xe2\x80\x99s Fundraising family, you are joining something bigger than yourself. Our company is founded on building long-lasting relationships for our non-profit partners while helping them to hit their fundraising goals. Our Fundraising specialists raise money on behalf of our non-profit partners by soliciting donations via phone call. Some of our current clients include Miracle Flights, Special Olympics, Montclair State University, and many more! What is the schedule? We want to provide our Fundraising Specialists with the flexibility to work a schedule that fits their needs. Our standard shift hours are Monday through Thursday \xe2\x80\x93 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm PST, and Sunday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm PST. Est 17 hours per week. There are occasions when we will offer longer evening shifts or morning shifts to earn extra hours, but this is not guaranteed. We want to show our Fundraising Specialists that their hard work is valued, and we encourage those seeking a long-term position to apply! Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Super customer service skills with an upbeat personality and a desire to go above and beyond during each phone call
• Great communication skills
• A friendly and professional phone presence
• The ability to stay calm and objective while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to use phone and computer systems
• A desire to help others, and an understanding of the importance of non-profits in our society

Responsibilities:

• Follows the client-approved messaging for each call on every campaign
• Follows fundraising call structure (3-asks) on every call
• Connects emotionally with prospects and serves as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the organization
• Makes case for financial support on every call
• Maintains a professional appearance and meets dress code requirements
• Maintains a positive attitude and demeanor
• Have fun!
