Optum Health Care Decision Support is 24/7 inbound call center. We have full-time positions, 8 hour and 10 hour shifts available, and schedules will vary to cover 9am - 12am. All schedules include a minimum of 1 weekend day per week. Holidays are required on a rotating basis.
Training is mandatory and regardless of assigned schedule, will take place Monday - Friday for 6 weeks from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST.
