- Handling inbound/outbound calls through a blended call queue working customers through the sales cycle through closure.
- Responsible for reactively assisting customers and taking the customer from quote to payment.
- Negotiating and closing new business.
- Forecast and manage a funnel for pending deals using Salesforce.
- Resolving customer problems and recommending solutions by cross-selling and upselling.
- Handling contracts and Major Account Agreement requests.
- 1+ years of sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
- Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience.
- Dynamic personality with high energy
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues.
- Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality.
- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
