About us

BetterCraft Cabinets is a custom woodworking shop specializing in residential cabinetry. We work 4 days a week, 10 hours a day, Monday-Thursday.

Starting pay is based off of relevant experience, and increases are earned through performance and developing competency in all aspects of work. We are looking for hard working individuals to join our team! Some previous experience in cabinetry is strongly desired.

```Duties:```
- Prepare and finish all cabinet pieces to a high standard of finish
- Maintain cleanliness of all finishing equipment
- Order material as needed
- Help with other tasks in the shop when finishing workload is light (examples: cabinet assembly, cabinet delivery, etc.)

```Skills:```
- Multiple years of experience finishing woodwork at a high level of quality
- Experience with airless air-assist finishing equipment
- Knowledge of cabinet drawings and assembly practices
- Ability to color-match stain finishing is preferable

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail and will take significant pride in their work. They will have relevant experience in cabinet finishing and will want to grow with the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
