HomeSite Services, a leader in the design and interior finishes segment serving the new construction home builder, seeks an experienced

Cabinet Operations Manager

to oversee our expansion into the Birmingham market and lead the scheduling, planning, and execution of cabinet and countertop installations for local builder customers.

This role requires strong operational leadership, knowledge of cabinet construction and installation methods, and experience with countertop materials such as quartz, granite, and solid surface a definite plus. You will manage installers, coordinate with builders, ensure on-time completion, and uphold high standards of quality.

Responsibilities



Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily cabinet installations for residential construction projects. Communicate daily with builders, project managers, warranty and installation teams to maintain accurate timelines. Assign installation crews, track workloads, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Review plans, layouts, and selections to ensure cabinets are ordered and installed correctly. Verify materials, hardware, and fabrication components are staged and ready for each job. Conduct job site visits to inspect installation quality, troubleshoot issues, and assist field teams. Manage installer performance, training, safety compliance, and quality expectations. Track project progress and implement corrective actions when delays or issues arise. Support customer service teams by addressing builder or homeowner concerns regarding installation. Maintain accurate job documentation, work orders, punch lists, and completion reports. Identify and implement improvements in workflow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications



Required:



3+ years of experience in cabinet installation operations or project coordination. Strong knowledge of cabinet products, installation and trim carpentry. Experience managing installation crews in a residential construction environment. Ability to read and interpret builder plans, cabinet layouts, and fabrication drawings. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling or construction management software.

Preferred:



Experience working directly with residential builders or design centers. Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing processes Previous leadership or operations management experience.

Work Environment



Office-based role with visits to active job sites. Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment supporting multiple builder accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
