C++ Simulation Developer

Key Role:

Develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expert support, and project supervision. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

1+ year of experience with simulation software development using C or C++

Experience with a version control system, including Subversion, CVS, or Git

Knowledge of simulation, frameworks, and engines, including AFSIM, Unity, or Unreal

Knowledge of algorithms or data structures

Ability to obtain a security clearance

Bachelor\'s degree

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of DoD systems, including aero platforms, weapons, sensors, communication, networking, and satellite models

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\xe2\x80\x99s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\xe2\x80\x99s total compensation package for employees.
