Qualifications

Active, non-provisional NC real estate broker's license

2+ years of sales experience

or

minimum of 12 closed deals

Strong ability to

build rapport

Key Responsibilities

Follow up quickly with new leads and schedule buyer consultations Convert leads to clients Show homes to prospective buyers Prepare and negotiate offers Work weekends and evenings as needed Develop and implement a personal prospecting plan Maintain professional relationships with referral partners Deliver top-notch customer service throughout the buying process
