Responsibilities

Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Host two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and activities Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of clients ?? Support buyers throughout the escrow process to ensure smooth closings Monitor and manage activities and client information using PLACE Technology
