Buyer's Agent / Buyer Specialist -- Real Estate Team
Locations:
Denver Metro & Colorado Springs (including Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, and surrounding areas)Are you an experienced Buyer's Agent looking to step into a high-volume pipeline of clients?
Our team is currently managing
80+ signed Buyer Agency Agreements
and we're looking for a motivated agent to help us provide exceptional service to our buyers.What You'll Do:
Manage and actively support a large pipeline of 80+ signed buyers Conduct buyer consultations to understand client needs and goals Show homes throughout the Denver Metro and Colorado Springs areas Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients Maintain strong communication with clients, lenders, inspectors, and the transaction team Work collaboratively within the team's structure and follow proven systems for efficiency
What We're Looking For:
Active Colorado real estate license Some buyer-side experience required (1+ years preferred) Knowledge of Denver Metro and/or Colorado Springs markets Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Organized with excellent follow-up habits Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
Compensation:
100% commission-based, with high earning potential based on production
