Responsibilities
Performs customer support functions with supervision. Utilizes both company and government established processes to provide procurement support.
Maintain and upgrade purchasing files and records in the ERP systems
Communicates with the appropriate government leads, end users and internal managers to expedite require materials.
Track the status of open orders, materials, supplies and or/equipment based on new or updated customer orders or company requests.
Communicating with the customer as an integrated supplier to ensure that their expectations are met.
Reconciles vendor accounts.
May perform other administrative tasks as determined by the Production Control Supervisor.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
------------------
General familiarity/understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulation (DFAR).
Demonstrated experience of working in an office environment and utilizing Microsoft Office; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint, and other software programs to assist with special projects, and other compliance programs.
Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments based mission needs and requirements
Able to build and maintain spread sheets in Excel.
Able to perform technical supply management work (e.g. inventory management, storage management, cataloging, repair parts requisitioning and etc.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge/experience
Bachelor's Degree in business, logistics or other relatable degrees
Clearance:
Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret level clearance.
Education & Experience:
0 -5 years of Property Management experience; related experience (management, asset visibility, and property management).

Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Schedule flexing is available with the PM's approval.
Travel:
Upon request (< 5%).
