JOB SUMMARY

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Bussers to join the amazing team at the Bear Tooth Grill! We're searching for dynamic individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. If you have fantastic communication skills, a positive attitude, and love being part of a team, we want you!

We are hiring for daytime availability. Previous restaurant experience is a bonus but not required.

Qualifications

Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required. On-the-job tools and training provided.

Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions Lift and carry 30+ lbs Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments Organization and prioritization skills Have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina Bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
