Position Summary:
Talent Corps is seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to help keep our cloud platforms running smoothly and enhance our digital workplace. You'll support daily operations across recruiting, payroll, and sales systems (HubSpot, TempWorks, Paylocity, Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Teams) while learning to build light automations and data dashboards. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys understanding how modern platforms connect and is eager to grow into integrations and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for core business applications (HubSpot, TempWorks, Paylocity, Microsoft 365).
Troubleshoot user issues, manage permissions, and document solutions in a simple knowledge base.
Assist with small automation projects (Power Automate, API connectors) under guidance.
Help maintain SharePoint content and improve navigation and usability.
Support basic reporting tasks (Power BI dashboards, Excel data checks).
Qualifications:
2-3 years in a systems support, application admin, or similar tech
Familiarity with at least modern SaaS platform (CRM, ATS, HRIS, or Microsoft 365).
Intellectual curiosity and a proven track record of proactive continual learning and quick application of new methods and tools.
Strong communication skills and a service mindset.
Preferred Experience
Exposure to integrations or BI tools (Power Automate, Power BI, basic SQL).
Staffing/recruiting industry experience.
