Please note: This position has the possibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time. The position will require occasional travel to the Phoenix corporate offices and/or site locations . This position may be performed anywhere in the U.S. except California, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky and New York. Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. Should the positions shift to in-office work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time should the position meet the established eligibility for these benefits.

Description

Identify and realize opportunities and initiatives in the following areas: Provide subject matter expertise and leadership on information systems and business processes to help sites optimize use of enterprise solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues with devices, applications, and solutions. Answer training and strategy questions for solutions. Interface with Enterprise Product Management (EPM) teams, Site MIS, and Business Solution Architects to coordinate improvement opportunities. Conduct sustainability assessments with site teams on an ongoing basis.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership on information systems and business processes to help sites optimize use of enterprise solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with devices, applications, and solutions. Answer training and strategy questions. Roll-out Train the Trainer programs and materials to sites.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments with site teams on an ongoing basis. Help user groups document/implement recommendations for increasing solution adoption/business benefits
  • Collaborate with site training departments to identify opportunities to enhance training programs.
  • Identify MIS related user satisfaction issues within assigned business processes. Communicate issues to MIS management and collaborate with BSA\'s to resolve.
  • May coach other team members to develop stronger functional and technical skills for the applications which they are aligned to support. Where applicable, lead and motivate business analysts and other platform employees
  • Stay current on new business processes and/or new technologies that may impact business operations, process and information systems technology and methodology strategies, facilitation techniques and project management concepts
  • Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED AND nine (9) years of experience in Information Services, Operations, Professional Business settings, OR
  • Bachelor\'s Degree AND five (5) years of experience in Information Services, Operations, Professional Business settings, OR
  • Master\'s Degree AND three (3) years of experience in Information Services, Operations, Professional Business settings
  • Working knowledge of Digital Workforce related applications, Mobility Solution deployment methodologies
Knowledge of requirements development, requirements analysis and operations management.

Criteria/Conditions:
  • Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment.
  • Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required.

Compensation:

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $79,000 - $109,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
