Job Description

We are looking for a Business Services Specialist to join our high performing Cash Management team. As our new Business Services Specialist, you will perform operational and customer support duties for Cash Management customers. This entails providing a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and bank personnel. The person selected for this role will be expected to perform customer setups on the JHA system, provide customer support via phone, maintain customer files, monitor product usage and system operation, provide monthly billing information to the proper departments, and resolve problems as they arise. This role will be on-site at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of banking or customer service experience. The ability to stay composed and make clear decisions in a fast-paced environment is a must for this position. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and a comfort with ever changing technologies is needed for this role. The ideal candidate will also be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy are a must!
