PTW is looking for a Business Partnerships Director to manage our business partnerships in North America. This individual must be a consultative and highly motivated Relationship Manager, who will cultivate and build long term relationships with developers and publishers, present our products for partnerships, liaise with publishers, negotiate, and manage client relationships.
This is an individual and management position, perfect for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic, and results-orientated individual with some leadership ex, with an eye for detail. Growth will be driven through relationship building engaging publishers and brands to engage with our products. The successful candidate will have a track record in surpassing expectations through cultivating and growing relationships. They will have an in-depth knowledge of the video games industry, an understanding of the challenges clients face, and a genuine passion for games.
You will be responsible for researching the market and identifying target brands across both non-endemic (non-gaming focused FMCG, tech, automotive etc..) and endemic (publishers, hardware, mobile) to build relationships, develop sales opportunities, support the execution of pitches, and deliver a consistent sales pipeline. Building relationships with gaming brands, marketing managers/directors, and key individuals from each client in the marketing teams will be essential.
