Business Operations Support Assistant
at Dynamics Payments is an entry-level professional who drives operational improvements and supports business efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes related to collections, chargebacks, PCI compliance and vendor management.
Requirements:
Support Collections and Vendors:
Aid collections efforts by contacting clients and maintaining accurate records, while also collaborating with vendors to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Reporting and Metrics:
Prepare comprehensive reports on operational metrics, like collection follow up efforts for management review.
Chargebacks and Risk:
Support chargeback cases with accurate documentation, assisting monitoring and escalating transactional risk issues when necessary.
Handle Communications:
Effectively manage incoming tickets and calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality customer service.
Ensure Compliance and Security:
Maintain PCI compliance by assisting with regular audits, certification documentation, and staying updated on industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements:

years of experience in a professional, detail-oriented work environment (e.g., administrative support, customer service, or operations assistance), demonstrating a proven ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records, preferably within merchant processing or financial services.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
