. This position is not located at our Bayside Endoscopy Center.

Hours: 8:30AM to 5PM

Position Details:

The Business Office Floater is responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary. Duties include insurance verification, insurance claim processing, cash posting and collection calls. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 - 2 years of medical office experience preferred. Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way. Ability to use time wisely in preparing work area to meet high-paced demand. Outstanding multi-tasking abilities. Strong medical terminology. Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.

Education Required:

High School diploma. 5 years of experience with medical office billing procedures. Must have functional knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
