Southern Air is seeking a Business Development / Sales Executive in our Roanoke, VA branch location. Our commercial sales team develops relationships with a wide variety of prospects including building owners, churches, industrial facilities, and retail businesses. This position is responsible for selling preventative maintenance contracts on heating and air conditioning systems. Industry-specific experience is not required. Member of Southern Air s successful sales team has come from varying backgrounds including front-line management for beverage companies, law enforcement agencies, and sports professionals.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

\xc2\xb7 Reside within the Christiansburg / Roanoke, VA, sales territory.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

\xc2\xb7 Must have reliable transportation, willing to travel, and be able to pass a drug screen and background check. (Travel will consist of a 100-mile radius)
