We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a crucial role in promoting the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. This position is responsible for building relationships with referral sources, engaging with the community, and driving patient admissions to the program.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach and Networking
:
Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, therapists, and community organizations.
Conduct regular visits to referral sources to promote IOP services.
Marketing and Promotion
:
Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to raise awareness about the IOP.
Attend community events and health fairs to represent the program.
Lead Generation
:
Identify and qualify potential referral sources through various outreach strategies.
Develop and maintain a database of contacts and follow-up strategies.
Patient Admission Facilitation
:
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for potential patients.
Educate potential patients and families about the IOP services and benefits.
Data Management
:
Track outreach efforts and report on referral trends and patient admissions.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in outreach strategies.
Collaboration and Teamwork
:
Work closely with clinical staff to understand program features and patient needs.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.
Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
:
Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector.
Familiarity with Intensive Outpatient Programs or behavioral health services is a plus.
