We are actively seeking an

Experienced Business Development Representative (BDR)

to join our team at Vaden Chevrolet Pooler. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous BDC or call center experience and is ready to hit the ground running in a high-energy, customer-focused environment. Your primary goal in this role is to communicate with prospective buyers and schedule appointments with our sales team -- helping connect our customers to the vehicles they want and the service they deserve.

What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using a guided script Provide detailed and accurate information regarding vehicle pricing, availability, and incentives Engage customers with professionalism, energy, and a helpful attitude Schedule multiple sales appointments each day for potential buyers Consistently follow up with leads who are not yet ready to schedule Ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience from first contact to appointment

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in an automotive BDC or similar high-volume customer contact role is required

Background in call center or customer service is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly Positive, self-motivated, and thrives in a goal-driven environment Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adjust to changing priorities Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset Proficient with phone, email, and chat-based communication High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
