Conduct outbound and warm calling to engage potential clients and nurture leads. Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and provide accurate sales activity reports. Perform market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to communicate their value effectively. Gather and relay feedback from prospects to help refine sales strategies and improve customer experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in a technical or mortgage sales environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Experience with outbound calling techniques and lead nurturing. Proficiency in CRM tools for managing client relationships. A proactive mindset with a proven track record of identifying market opportunities and creating strategic growth plans. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
