Call Center Representative
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven BDC Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. The primary role is to set up appointments by calling customers so they can look at a vehicle for purchase or an appointment for service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
Positive and energetic phone skills, active listening skills, strong writing, and presentations skills. Must feel comfortable with outreach, thorough our CRM to pre-existing and incoming customer leads
Coachable, naturally curious, and intrinsically motivated. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Nurture early-stage opportunities
Promptly and effectively respond to all incoming leads
Generate appointments for the dealership by building relationships with prospective customers
Must have ability to handle multiple tasks
Maintain proper follow up communication with customer base after initial lead and days after
Requirements:
Previous business development experience would help, but you will be trained
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Results driven and motivated for sales for specific goals
Excellent customer service
Effectively manage responsibilities with time management to reach goals
Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
Has prior CRM experience and is very computer savvy, you will be trained in this also.
Previous phone sales or call center experience is a plus
