BDC Representative
to join our team and help us connect with customers for 15 dealerships.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads through CRM tools.
Schedule appointments for the service teams.
Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest in our services.
Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to call volume, appointments, and lead conversions.
A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, kindness, working well with others, excellent customer service, and patience are a must!
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a BDC, customer service, or sales environment preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and digital communications.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent.
