Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to drive requirements, process improvements, and solution delivery across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business objectives into actionable system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD/User Stories).

Collaborate with stakeholders, development, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and propose scalable solutions.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support UAT planning and execution.

Create and maintain documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and related tools.

Required Skills:

12+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise projects.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and tools like MS Visio, Power BI, JIRA.
