We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Account Executive specializing in Telecom to join our team. This role involves developing and managing business relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence within the telecommunications sector. Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and market research
Manage and grow existing B2B client accounts by providing tailored telecom solutions
Conduct effective negotiations to close deals that align with company objectives
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share
Present and demonstrate telecom products and services to prospective clients, highlighting technical features and benefits
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Provide ongoing account management support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to develop innovative telecom solutions for clients
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or telecom account management
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth initiatives
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Knowledge of telecom products, services, and industry trends is highly desirable
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
Experience in marketing strategies related to technology or telecom sectors is a plus
Ability to perform warm calling effectively and build lasting client relationships
Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
