Business Account Executive - ENTRY LEVEL

Louisville, KY | Full-Time | $65,000-$76,000 (with training provided)

IGM, Inc. is expanding our team in Louisville and looking for a Business Account Representative to help grow and support our presence with local businesses. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community representing a brand with professionalism and confidence.

About the Role

As a Business Account Executive, you'll meet with business owners and decision-makers in person, learn about their needs, and introduce solutions that can support their operations. Your goal is to develop strong working relationships, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person visits with Louisville-area businesses to present products and services. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through territory outreach and relationship development. Manage existing accounts by providing support, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities, track progress, and improve market coverage.

What Makes You a Fit

Experience in customer-facing roles--sales, retail, hospitality, service industry, or athletics--is helpful but not required. Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport quickly. Organized, accountable, and motivated by goals. Interested in professional growth and learning new skills.
