Shift Lead/Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities


Work with the manager on duty to verify store is following Food Safety Programs Balancing high volume with high quality Assume responsibility for quality of products prepared and served Comply with Burger King's portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules Ensure employees are using checklists and following Burger King's specs Ensure the proper ordering and receiving of food products Work with the GM on inventory and daily paper work Work with the GM on Profit & Loss Statements Properly maintain equipment per manufacturer's and company specification Participate in ongoing training and development

Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced, high volume environment Must be one who looks to take the initiative and not wait for directions Open availability and flexibility are a must ability to work a changing schedule
