We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated

Building Attendant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using cleaning equipment, a strong commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards, and experience with various building maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the building. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other tools. Test and adjust pool chemicals to ensure water quality meets health and safety standards. Perform regular inspections of the facility and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns. Maintain and troubleshoot basic audio/video systems. Lift up to 50 lbs independently as part of your daily tasks. Work on your feet for most of the shift, maintaining a high level of mobility and activity.

Requirements:

Prior experience with cleaning equipment and building maintenance preferred. Experience with testing and adjusting pool chemicals is a plus. Knowledge or experience with audio/video systems is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently. Work on your feet for most of the shift. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)

is preferred to communicate effectively with a diverse team and building occupants. Must have

reliable transportation

to commute to work. Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule:

Wednesday & Thursday:

3:30pm - Midnight

Friday:

1:30pm - 10:00pm

Saturday:

8:00am - 4:30pm

Sunday:

12:30pm - 8:00pm
