Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing:
Attract new clients through training, networking, referrals, and outreach. (No cold calling or buying leads.) Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow your business.

Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide recommendations on coverage options.

Policy Management:
Prepare and present insurance proposals, explain policy features, and assist clients with policy selection.

Customer Service:
Provide ongoing support to clients, including assistance with claims, policy changes, and renewals.

Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.

Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and regulations to enhance your knowledge and effectiveness.
A state insurance license must be obtained within 2 weeks after hiring. (Which we will help you prepare for and provide study materials).

: A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe after hiring. A proactive attitude toward learning and professional development is essential.

Meet with clients to assess their insurance and financial needs, providing customized recommendations and education on products and options.
Policy Management: Prepare and present illustrations, explain policy features, and assist clients in selecting suitable coverage.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent ongoing support to clients, including assistance, policy changes, and renewals.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with state regulations and company policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, sales activity, and policy details.
Professional Development: Stay informed about new products, market trends, and industry updates to enhance effectiveness and client service.
Driven, coachable, and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and people skills
Sales, customer service, or consulting experience is a plus (not required)
Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
MUST come into the office 3x days a week.
Expected hours 10-30 hours/week.
Must be prepared to spend $199 for our online agency platform and up to $80 for your state licensing exam.
