sales opportunity where you'll work directly with small businesses to deliver voluntary benefits solutions for their employees.

What You'll Do
Work directly with business owners to offer Aflac's voluntary insurance products
Help companies address key benefit challenges and support their employees' financial well-being
Build and manage your own client portfolio
Attend in-person meetings, trainings, and networking events
Participate in Aflac's Sales Academy and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Must be a
U.S. Citizen
Valid driver's license
(Required)
No prior sales experience needed--
all backgrounds welcome
Must be reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working in person
