Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Take pride in your role and maintain a positive and efficient environment for workers and customers. \xc2\xb7 Represent American Cannabis Company with integrity and professionalism. \xc2\xb7 Greet each customer with enthusiasm and provide top-tier customer service. \xc2\xb7 Educate guests about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on guest needs/requests. \xc2\xb7 Provide guests with excellent, compassionate service to create repeat business by developing long-term relationships. \xc2\xb7 Utilize store POS system accurately and follow all store policies and procedures. \xc2\xb7 Support Store Manager and team in implementing strategies to help meet store\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives. \xc2\xb7 Inspire productivity by leading by example. During times of low staff or heavy sales hours, step in and fulfill required roles to maintain a positive work environment and customer experience. \xc2\xb7 Follow compliance with federal, state and local regulations. \xc2\xb7 Stay informed of safety standards and follow all safety guidelines. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and welcoming store, stock supplies and ensure the store is in excellent condition internally and externally. \xc2\xb7 Verify proper documentation of each guest. \xc2\xb7 Spin signs in fifteen-minute increments, twice per shift, weather permitting. \xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned.
