Ivory & Lace Bridal Boutique is located in South Tampa/Westshore Business District.

This is a Part-time position that could become a Full-time position if one proves to be a good fit. Must be able to work Saturdays.

Bridal Stylists will work with the brides in finding their dream dress. We are looking for a person with an eye for fashion and excellent customer service skills.

Skills and Abilities:

Love for fashion Confident Strong customer-service orientation Self-motivated with persuasive attitude. Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with a variety of people inside and outside organization.
We offer base hourly pay plus commission. We believe a sales consultant should be rewarded for their sales ability. Therefore we offer an escalating commission structure. In other words, the more you sell the more you earn. We also offer a comprehensive benefit plan including medical for full-time employees and company matched 401k retirement plan for all employees. However, the match portion will not be vested until a pre-determined amount of time with our company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
