Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences during morning hours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food service environments. This role involves taking orders, serving breakfast items, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced, fine dining setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their breakfast experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using SpotOn POS Serve breakfast dishes, beverages, and assist with food presentation and delivery Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Assist with setup, bussing tables, and resetting dining areas for new guests Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation when needed Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy mornings Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
