Hiring for: Breakfast Server

Our Tom Sawyer's family in Boca Raton is looking for a dependable and experienced workers to join our team! 2 years of high volume breakfast restaurant experience in a restaurant waitstaff is required. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Server responsibilities include:

Take and process guests' orders in a timely fashion Memorize drink and dessert menu for on-demand recitation Up-sell desserts and drinks as appropriate for individual guests and parties Manage large groups quickly and efficiently through attentive service and precise order taking Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle guest complaints/requests quickly
Preferred skills include:

2+ years waitstaff experience Experience in a Breakfast atmosphere Excellent customer service and hospitality skills Comfort with Guest Center software and Toast POS system a plus Neat, well-groomed appearance Ability to work well under intense time pressure Excellent emotional control in fast-paced environments Dedication to on-time arrival for shifts
Candidate may have previously worked as: Waiter/Waitress - Restaurant Server - Food and Beverage Server - Head Waitress/Waiter - Bartender and Waitress/Waiter

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.98 per hour
