Duties

Warmly greet guests as they arrive, providing friendly and professional service from the moment they step in. Manage maintaining food buffet, ensuring optimal product levels and visually pleasing display. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and service stations. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or special requests with a positive attitude. Uphold high standards of guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their breakfast experience.

Requirements

EARLY RISERS ONLY! Shifts start before dawn Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest relations practices. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor. Previous hotel or restaurant experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Food Manager's Certificate a plus, basic food preparation required. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in setting up and clearing tables.
