Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality.
Supervise kitchen staff during breakfast service, providing guidance and support to maintain smooth operations.
Manage inventory levels for breakfast ingredients, monitor stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure freshness and availability.
Oversee food safety practices, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
Lead menu planning for breakfast offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences to enhance guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and seamless guest experiences during busy morning hours.
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety standards and operational protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience in food production within a hospitality or restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining or catering backgrounds.
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation.
Expertise in kitchen management, inventory control, and food service operations.
Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques specific to breakfast cuisine.
Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Experience with banquet service, dietary considerations, and catering is highly desirable.
