Responsibilities
Prepare and cook breakfast according to established recipes and menus.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and feedback.
Ensure efficient workflow and food replenishment during service hours.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Experience in buffet meal preparation is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
Background in hospitality or restaurant environments is a plus.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
