Branding Lead Analyst; Global Health Benefits (hybrid)

Job Description


*This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in-person in the Bloomfield, CT office location.*

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Content and Positioning, this person will play a critical role in ensuring our brand and thought leadership is aligned to the commercial priorities of the organization. Working closely with the Head of Brand, Content and Positioning, and regional marketing teams across International Health, you will be responsible for ensuring that our international brand and though leadership activations, including brand, media and sports partnerships, support of our vision, commercial imperatives, strategic initiatives, culture, partnerships, and customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the flawless execution of our brand campaigns and activations across all international health markets.
  • Understanding and experience in various marketing channels, including paid media, social media, web, email, and print.
  • Ownership of the Cigna International Health Thought Leadership program, working in partnership with the Head of Social Media and Digital Content, regional markets, and our agency partners, to ensure that the themes align with our priorities and delivering a monthly/weekly cascade of content for our markets and senior spokespeople.
  • Work in partnership with IH Communications to ensure campaigns have reach through earned media and employee engagement.
  • Work in partnership with regional International Health marketing teams to ensure that brand and thought leadership campaigns are aligned with their commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Work in partnership with broader members of the International Health marketing team to ensure the delivery of integrated campaigns.
  • Identification and successful activation of brand, media, and sports partnerships.
  • Continuously seek new ways for Cigna to create higher engagement with customers, clients, and prospects.
  • Support key events and activities across the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in an international business across all customer segments, including B2C, B2B (inc. SME) and international organizations.
  • Financial services or healthcare experience is essential.
  • 5+ years\' experience in marketing, including recent in-house experience.
  • Degree educated in a Business, Marketing or Social Sciences discipline preferred
  • Able to positively influence all stakeholders in a highly complex matrixed, global business.
