As the only distillery in Southern Nevada producing all spirits entirely in-house, we've become a destination for locals and visitors seeking authentic, high-quality spirits rooted in the Vegas experience and community. With distribution and a vibrant tasting room, we're expanding our footprint and looking for a driven, experienced Brand Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic, market-savvy Brand Representative to build our presence in both the on-premise (resorts and general market) and off-premise channels across the Las Vegas Valley. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in supplier-side representation and strong sales experience who's excited about growing a craft brand and making an impact in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Las Vegas Distillery's on-premise and off-premise account base throughout Las Vegas
Build relationships with buyers, beverage directors, bar staff, and retail decision-makers
Execute promotional events, tastings, staff trainings, and activations
Develop and maintain sales plans by account and territory
Collaborate with our distributor partner to ensure strong alignment and execution
Maintain regular communication with internal leadership on performance, wins, and opportunities
Track and report KPIs including case sales, new accounts, menu placements, and events
Represent Las Vegas Distillery at industry events, trade shows, and brand happenings
Help share the story of Las Vegas Distillery and represent our mission to bring high-quality, locally crafted spirits to the forefront of Las Vegas Valley market.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience with a supplier or distributor in a sales-focused role
Strong knowledge of both on-premise and off-premise alcohol industry dynamics
Deep understanding of the Las Vegas market, particularly the hospitality and resort landscape
Passion for craft spirits, especially whiskey
Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with CRM tools, KPI reporting, and managing a flexible weekly schedule
Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 40 lbs (cases, event setups)
