Passadores (Meat Servers/Carvers)
to deliver the true churrasco experience to our guests.This role is more than food service - it's performance. Passadores are the stars of the dining room, carving skewered meats tableside with skill, confidence, and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Carve and present grilled meats tableside with precision. Deliver a fun, energetic guest experience with showmanship. Partner with grill and service teams to keep rotations smooth. Follow food safety, sanitation, and knife-handling standards. Promote premium cuts and enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a meat carver, butcher, or server preferred (steakhouse/churrasco a plus). Strong knife skills or willingness to learn quickly. Charismatic, professional, and guest-service focused. Physically able to carry skewers and move quickly for long shifts. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
