MSC Cruises, the world\xe2\x80\x99s third largest and most rapidly growing cruise line is recruiting for a Brand and Promotions Specialist for its USA operations. This position will serve as an integral part of the Brand and Promotions team within the Marketing Department to successfully execute various promotional and advertising-related projects on schedule, in a fast-paced environment to help us reach our business goals. Reponsibilities Manage the delivery of advertising campaigns by partnering with channel owners and vendors to obtain specs, create project briefs, activate creative teams, develop timelines with required lead times, and secure final creative feedback and approval from the senior marketing team. Collaborate with our external partnership vendors as well as our internal teams to activate and execute elements within the partnership agreements and meet our in-market dates. Operate as an ambassador of our brand guidelines to ensure communications are consistent and compliant across all marketing channels. Partner with the creative team to champion the development and evolution of a copy library and archive for our new campaign guidelines. Attend video/photoshoots to support teams if/when needed and coordinate logistics with marketing and onboard crew to optimize content capture and minimize guest experience impact. Manage day-to-day promotional projects by developing project briefs, activating the creative/traffic team, and securing feedback and approval of all cross-channel placements from the Senior Marketing team. Proactively develop and maintain timelines for multiple B2C/B2B promotions simultaneously to ensure promotional offers are approved, assets are activated, and released on schedule while adhering to applicable lead times. Support secondary promotional offers, in collaboration with our Global Corporate Marketing team in Geneva headquarters, to localize and optimize offer assets and requirements for cross-channel distribution. Manage communications to ensure channel owners support each offer and are compliant with offer requirements within the applicable start and end dates. Generate competitive reports, activity, and analysis to fuel strategic recommendations for our promotional calendars and maximize demand. Requirements B.S. Degree in Marketing, equivalent education, minimum of 3 years of relevant Promotions and/or Brand experience \xe2\x80\x93 cruise line experience is preferred, though not required. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting various projects concurrently. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify solutions to maintain momentum on key projects and campaigns. Ability to build diverse, collaborative relationships internally and externally. Fluent in English; oral, and written skills. Support the Senior Manager and drive the day-to-day execution and successful delivery of integrated and ad-hoc advertising campaigns including but not limited to open-for-sale, destinations, ships, and key products.
