What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on training to new team members during onboarding
Train and support employees on LTOs and any new menu or procedure rollouts
Coach on sandwich-making, cleanliness standards, and customer service
Lead by example with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
Support store operations and step in wherever needed
Set the tone and standard for store culture and team energy
Serve as a mentor to team members interested in leadership roles
Lead and track progress of employees in Fast Track
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
In-depth knowledge of Jimmy John's procedures and sandwich standards
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Consistent top performance in speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
Ability to motivate and inspire new team members
Willingness to give and receive feedback
