Responsible for assisting general public in the bowling center. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and policies and procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Extending courtesy in all areas of work environment.
Responsible for individual bank.
Assign open lanes to customers; maintain a reservation list when busy.
Collects proper cash and/or credit card.
Rent shoes and help customers locate house bowling balls.
Notify mechanics promptly of any stoppages or failures that might occur.
Keep alert for children or customers who may be disturbing others.
Maintain daily records of operation as required.
Pleasant personality, honest character and the capability to understand balancing procedures.
Ability to operate Front Desk System, typing and calculator.
Maintain restrooms (i.e., supplies & cleanliness).
Wash towels.
Wipe down settee tables & table tops after use of lanes.
Sweep floors.
Keep bowling center clean.
Qualifications
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents maintenance instructions, and other related documents
Ability to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
Able to accurately perform basic math skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Verify right to work in the United States

Requires being mobile ninety (90) percent of the shift
Prolonged walking and standing
Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
Frequently bend, reach, twist, squat, and kneel
Reaching 12 to 24 inches across counter
